Instruction & Caution
1. Clean and disinfect the skin according the doctor’s operation instruction before using.

2. Insure the transparent film dressing is big enough, the dressing must be at least 2.5cm wider than wound or
3. New transparent film are required when the I.V. catheter needs to be changed; the USCDC suggests change the
transparent film every three days when it is used for I.V. fixation.The transparent dressing can be used for maximum
7 days when it is used for PICC.
4. Changing the transparent film immediately when it is broken or dropped off.
5. When changing the film, please don’t drop off the I.V. catheter.
6. The exudation may influence the viscidity of the dressing, please change a new one if there is too much exudation.
7. Viscidity will be influence by the cleanser, bactericide or antibiotic ointment on the skin.
8. Don’t drag the dressing when putting it on the skin, or it would cause unnecessary hurt on skin.
9. Once there is infection, please tear off the film and do necessary treatment. Make suitable medical care and change
the dressing frequently at the same time.
